For urgent appointments, visits requests or advice please telephone the practice on 02920 833300, a member of the clinical team will ring you back. Please assist by giving the receptionists clear information and confirm your contact details.
All routine and online appointment are suspended, if you have an appointment booked, you may be offered a telephone consultation instead of attending surgery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE TELEPHONE SERVICE
We have a new telephone system installed, we hope this will make calling the surgery easier.
The new phone system has changed, you will hear a new Switchboard message, you will no longer be required to choose a site but will be answered as quickly as possible by the next available receptionist. Although we do not expect any issues with the system, we will keep reviewing it until we are happy. If you experience any issues please let us know, we are always happy to receive your helpful comments.
Thank you in advance
