General Enquiries

If you are waiting in a queue you may be offered a call back, this is a new facility and will keep your position in the queue and call you back once you get to number 1, with no cost to yourself.  We are very excited about this feature as no one likes to be waiting on the line in a queue.  We do ask that you keep your phone close to you so you can answer the call back, if you miss the call you would have to ring us again.

We appreciate your patience while we all get used to this wonderful new telephone system.

Bone, muscle and joint pain

Problems with bones, joints, nerves and muscles are often grouped together and called musculoskeletal conditions. Musculoskeletal is often shortened to MSK.
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has developed this website to support the community of Gwent to understand common muscle, joint and bone concerns and what can be done to help.
There is a lot more to understand about musculoskeletal health than the area where you may feel pain. We have designed a three-step approach to help you understand your options and encourage you to think about everything that might be affecting you.
You will find lots of information and advice on making positive healthy choices to not only help keep you mentally and physically well but also help prevent and improve musculoskeletal conditions. You can also find information that is more relevant to particular areas of the body.
If you need it, you can complete a form online or over the phone to ask for further help.
Look after yourself, feel better and move better.
